Shipping policy

While USPS is a standard option for shipping, 90% of the time we use UPS ground as our default shipping. Some exceptions may apply.

Most of our orders are shipped in our envelopes made from recycled material. What does this mean for items like our hats? Our hats are not to be babied - they are made from a cotton canvas which is intended to be worn into the ground. It can handle wrinkles - the good thing about hats is they take the shape of your head! If your hat incurs wrinkling during the shipping process, simply wear it for a few hours - we promise it will look great. A wrinkled hat is not grounds for a refund.

Shipping within the Continental United States is included on full price orders over $75 USD.

Sale items require a minimum purchase of $120 to qualify for free shipping on domestic orders.

International orders have the cost of duties and taxes included at the time of checkout. If you place an exchange order internationally, duties and fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for any additional fees incurred during the shipment.

We do not refund the cost of shipping, duties, or fees on any orders.

Please note our scheduled UPS pickups occur around 2-3pm EST daily. If you place an order with expedited shipping, we try our best to fulfill and ship those orders on the same day. However, if our pickup occurs before those orders come through, we ship them out the following day.
