Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you purchased the return insurance at the time of checkout, you are eligible for a return label at no additional cost. If you opted out of the return insurance at the time of checkout, you will be need to pay for a return label. You will still be charged restocking fees regardless of your choice.

Final Sale Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns and are marked as such on their product page.

Additionally, any products that are purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method - they can be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item. Items purchased at 40% off or more are final sale and not eligible for returns/exchanges and are final sale. No exceptions. Certain sales/promotions are subject to their own return policies. Please reach out to us if you are unsure!

International Returns
We accept international returns, however the customer is responsible for shipping. Our system does not allow us to create return labels coming from other countries. Please reach out to info@wythenewyork.com for our warehouse address. Our usual restocking fee applies.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Preordered items are not valid for return. Exchanges may be possible if the other requested size is available. Deposits placed on preorders are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Using our return platform is the most efficient way to initiate an exchange. If you have questions about other items or your exchange, please email us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

If approved, refunds typically take 3 days to be processed.

Restocking Fees
To cover costs of return shipping, packaging, and steaming/pressing items before they go back into inventory, we will charge 5% of the item cost for a restocking fee in addition to any return shipping costs. Certain items are subject to a higher restocking fee and will be noted on their respective product pages. We do not refund the shipping cost of customer-selected expedited shipping methods. 

Price adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on full price items purchased before a sale.

Please understand that as a small, independently owned and operated company, returns hurt our business. We reserve the right to revoke your ability to return items for full refunds if we feel you are taking advantage of our return policy. If you have returned over 50% of your orders, you may be subject to a change in our return policy and will be notified via email.
